And Bruno was apparently leaving to a high bid from Man City or Real Madrid in the last 5 windows.

Do PSG really have that much to spend in a FFP world anyways? They spent loads on the Mbappe new contract, he went on a free, and then they spent $187m last summer. On top of this they have changed strategy to focus more on team building as a whole rather than going for a few expensive superstars..

I don't think they give a fuck tbh. They'll just pay whatever fine UEFA throw at them.

Honestly, if we were going to sell Isak for big money, I'd rather it was to a club like PSG anyway. At least we wouldn't have to watch Sky having a wankfest over him playing for Arsenal or Liverpool.

Totally agree, him going to Arsenal would be unbearable. I could tolerate Liverpool a bit more.

I not as confident as some that he stays if we don’t get champions league.

No - would hate him to go to Liverpool tbh - more than Arsenal.

If anyone in the PL - Chelsea. They never really become part of the club - like Ba - and would forever reminisce about NUFC.
They could afford it too.

One of the best players we've had for many a year and we're debating anout whiuh club he'll leave us for  - FUCK PSR!

This one wouldn’t be down to psr as we’ll always want him above psr needs. This will be down to his wants and ambitions if he leaves. He may be enjoying his time here but he’s not a Geordie like big Al was so we’d be stupid to think he’s not gonna want more soon if we don’t kick on.

Players will always go where the money is really though , if it wasn't for PSR we could give him a contract that he deserves and he would be happy to stay. Due to PSR we won't be able to offer him anywhere near what the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea can .

Don't throw 'deserves' in there if we are talking upwards of 200k for playing football.

Jumps into second spot for most PL goals for us

48 in 72 appearances. Unreal record and not a purple patch or anything either, he’s genuinely top class and getting better.

Exactly 100 needed to equal Shearer in Premier League goals. If he's here over the next 4/5 years, he breaks that easily imo.

Whatever money we make from the Almiron sale, including saved wages, need to go towards a new contract. Absolute priority number one now.

He’s so good, wingers and CMs will want to join us to play with him because they themselves will become better players as a result of his play.
