Maguire should have had a pen certainly, VAR is not consistent and should be scrapped, but you can't expect anything different. We should not be conceding 2 against Iran either, obviously played well but too careless. Probably comes from lack of prep time mind. Sorry but I don't believe anyone can look at that incident and think "Nah that's not worth looking at", let alone then the same people asking the ref to look at that nothing incident and actually giving a pen.
