Aye, that would be a really uplifting signing. Would give us another dimension in midfield and attack. 

 

A brief mention from Douglas not enough to really make me think it's likely, though. Our interest wasn't strong enough the first time around and it's common knowledge at this point how stubborn we are with our list of targets. Hope I'm wrong though

The only way we could move for Paqueta was if we sold Isak. Otherwise that's an expensive deal, and might be dead in the water anyway if Man City are still interested.

Paqueta would be a great signing. Was never that bothered about him until we played them on that Monday night last season. Thought he was the best player on the park that night by quite a bit.

Assuming Miley doesn't have to be registered? That leaves one more spot for a midfielder unless there's someone I've missed.

To be honest, I don’t think getting the midfielder should a huge difficulty. I’d actually be happy with Paqueta, Gallagher or McGinn, understanding they’re all a bit different and that McGinn would temporary. I’m happy with our starting three and we need another option or two who will be reliable fitness wise.
