Thought he was largely quality today.

 

Botman was decent too. Burn was fine. Lascells was great til the 2nd goal. Thiaw is going to continue to grow into the league. Like what I see so far.

I thought he was brilliant today. That moment in the first half where he waited before making contact and then coming away with the ball was class.

 

Overall he was composed and some great reading of the game i.e. the block on Lewis-Skelly. I've been impressed with him and hopefully he can only get better.

Did not expect him to be this good. Think he was pretty much perfect. 

 

Him, Botman and Burn as a trio of CBs is an outrageous barrier for any team. We'd have got a result if we'd been able to deploy that today.

Botman gave Merino the free header tbf. But he was largely excellent aye. Thiaw was flawless from what i saw pretty much.

Didn't look a free header to me, Botman was close, was just an excellent cross and great header.

He showed at AC he’s got a massive Rick in him. He dropped a rick in his last appearance.  But today he was flawless from what I saw 

 

Credit where it’s due. If he plays the season like this - great - those rick were overstated or he’s developed.
