Can't be under estimated how much this will give Isak a timely arm around the shoulder, with a bit of luck it helps him sign a new deal.

Im resigned to Isak eventually leaving but if we can get another 2 years before cashing in, that would be ideal. Signing Elanga really cant harm.

He spent about a year not realising that the bullshit fake sheikh who ‘tried’ to buy us didn’t have the funds to buy Derby.  But then, that would require journalism skills, and the football hacks hardly have those.

If it is an overpay (and I don't think it is in today's market), then it's worth it if it keeps Isak happy and around for longer

50 million is probably the correct valuation although I’m guessing forest fans would have preferred 60million

Imagine having Tino and Elanga burning down one side, and Hall and Gordon down the other. Then the Ice Man in the middle ffs.

If him and Tino can build up a connection, dear me. Think Tripps would work brilliantly with him regardless, mind.

Can already see the through balls from Bruno to Elanga down that right side already.

Indeed, that little crab shape Bruno does just before he does a perfect slide rule

He's very good is Percy, but he gets briefed by the Midlands clubs.

Ornstein/Romano are pretty neutral. Not that it really matters.

Have Forest already bought his replacement with those two players from South America?

Newcastle fans think we are overpaying and Forest fans think we are underpaying [emoji38]

Seeing what has been asked for Semenyo, Kudus and Mbeumo this summer, I think Newcastle have done well here.

Forest should be pleased too. It's a good chunk of money. Great pickup for far less from Man United that they've got a very decent profit on.

I've said this earlier, I want Tripps to stay. Think he'll be worth his weight in a CL season.
