He's the worst until we get some athleticism in the backline. How we've got so high in the table when we struggle to play out from the back and are massively suspect to channel runs is beyond me.

Just speaks to how much or a genius Eddie is I guess.

The positive is our ceiling is very high as we have a few obvious weaknesses.

Yeah feels like we'd go up another level with a CB with pace and a goalkeeper who can pass the ball.

No idea how we're still in it, all things considered. Getting better as the half goes on, but not easy - especially with a bent ref.

I don’t think he’s bent, just really incompetent and usually bows to home pressure because he doesn’t know what to do

Watkins, and the rest of attacking players movement is giving us nightmares. We've been ok-ish, but need to speed up our attacks.

We need to come out at it, if we don't they'll score again as they've been good going forward, and unless we get a grip, i don't see how we keep them out.

The ref is utterly abysmal, and completely spoiling the game with some of the poorest decisions i've seen in a long while.

Well, atleast its still level as it doesn't deserve to be. This game is where our lack of depth is catching up with us, they made multiple quality changes from mid-week, and they look more fresh and on it, whereas we look leggy.

Would take Schar off, as he's been run ragged by Watkins.

Barnes could of been put in by bruno at the end there.

Murphy isak have been non existent.

Schar Trippier just doing Danny Simpson impressions.

Bruno been poor again.

But Barnes tonali livramento are giving us some hope.

Wasnt THAT bad. Sure they hit the bar twice, but also got a very lucky goal.

We have had a fair share of chances aswell.

Have you ever considered a career in politics?

Pope has also made several saves.

hopefully we tweak our press at HT. Rogers and Asensio can pick up the ball and turn way too easily.

We just look a bit tired as well tbh. Villa should tire as well though.

Brilliant, them two.

Not to blame pope for the goal we conceded but when your facing goal like Sandro was the play should always be to go back
