You can get fit alone, you don't need 10 lads around you to do intense cardio work, you can set up cones for shuttle runs, you can do interval training on your own. I remember he missed a couple of sitters and it was he first time I thought "uh oh, is he actually just shite?" But then we barely saw him play after that.
