I know some people rate him here but i really can't see anything in him.

He's not fast, he's not strong, doesn't really offer any proper defensive contribution, dosn't really do anything in attack, can't pick a forward pass and can't really shoot properly. he just recycles the ball which any of our academy players can do. Miley who's 19 looks a superior player to him.

He's a £15m midfielder if signed from Europe but we had the privilege of paying almost triple that

He's just "decent" at everything he does, nothing stands out.

I like him but I don't see what he does which can't be bought for much cheaper mind. He looks like a tidy midfielder but he doesn't score, doesn't create isn't defensively minded, isn't physical.

2nd most expensive midfielder in our history let that sink in. Fucking criminal the money that’s been wasted.

I see absolutely nothing top drawer in this lad, if he come through the youth ranks you’re happy, but how did we think a Villa reserve would improve us.

Should not have been subbed off today imo, he was one of the only players willing to carry the ball forward, it's just a shame nobody else was arsed to find space for the next move.

Aside from a little spell when Bruno first got injured, he's done pretty much nowt to change my mind on him this season. Tidy feet, but consistently flatters to deceive, in my opinion.

His tracking back just before he came off today absolutely infuriated me too, was just jogging back at one point while his man was running away from him. Was almost Ben Arfa levels of busting a gut to get back.

He invariably did nothing of consequence after carrying the ball forward. Maybe lost the ball a few times or passed to someone sideways. Any forward passes either were cut out or missed their target.

If we're tearing down the good signings, the other lads must be getting a kicking.

He hasn’t been a good signing though, he’s had barely any impact this season.

I think he's had some brilliant games. Excited to see what he csn do in a full functioning team.

I think he's good, but keeps getting dropped from the side to accommodate taller or stronger players. It's been a stop start season for him with very little around him going right.

I'd love to see him play in a side that was remotely interested in playing good football, think he'd shine.

Rating any of our players at the moment seems sort of pointless like. They all seem to be lacking in confidence and are out of form.

Osula's probably the only player who seems to be playing at a level we would expect or higher of them.

For me it was Barnes and Tino today who were really, really bad. Tbf to them neither of them hid, bit by god they (and everyone else) could do with something to kick them up the arse. Surprised they haven't had one of their team bonding breaks this season tbh, it seemed like they worked previously.

Yes, I had a great view of that from where I sit. It was so fucking lazy, I was screaming for him to stick to his man but he gave up easily just past the centre circle.

I think it’s fair to rate the players towards the end of the season tbf.

Think he would do well for a side like Brighton for example. Because of their style.

You think rating them in this form is an accurate assessment of who they are overall as players?

Ramsey's been fine and was getting better and better until we collectively fell off a cliff.

I think it’s fine to rate players with the majority of the season gone, aye. Ramsey has been okay, Thiaw good (although I’m not convinced), the rest of the signings have been a disaster.

I would have been as good as Pele and Maradona’s lovechild but Broomley First School U9’s collectively fell off a cliff in the spring of 1987

They've been poor so far like, but I just mean as players really. I think you can rate them all this season and get a distorted impression of how good they are as players/can be.

Like I say, nobody was moving / reacting to much all game. We were so pedestrian that when something did come off we seemed so surprised and just weren't ready for it.

The time Botman actually skinned their fullback and was in a position to either cross or pull it back, for example.
