Best centre forward we've had here in some years, involved in everything positive going forward, he dictates our forward play with precision and speed, unselfish and very likeable, hopefully we keep hold of him for a long time, he could be a legend here.

All the things that had to transpire this past summer for us to end up with this genius so late in the day. My God

Thanks to all the strikers that went elsewhere.

Watching this guy is too much fun. Can't wait to see him continue to get even better in this team.

Please can we do more to find him in the final third in more goalscoring positions? He deserves it. Thought Gordon could have played him in a few times later on instead of trying to shoot.

What a wonderful player.

I don't think he'll score as many goals for us as Isak, but if we can build around him  we'll be a much better team for having him up front.

Played more than 60 minutes tonight so he'll get more time to try. Rat meatballs furniture fjord cunt.

Brilliant player.

Bit frustrating he didnt get as much of the ball as he should have but he's so efficient with it when he does.

Agreed.

I still don't think we give this guy the ball enough, considering how outrageously good he is with it

Also need to make more of an effort to find him in the box. Way too rushed or wasteful in those moments.

not even Cruyff did those flicks with as much accuracy as this guy

He’s inventing a new way of playing like, does about four of those a game and they always end up with us being able to unlock a defence and break on them at pace

 I've been thinking that us finally clicking might well have to involve his own goal run drying up a bit. His role in that 3rd was 🤌

He seems like the type to enjoy the contribution more than the finish.

Absolute baller.

Has he played much with Barnes before?

Thoufht Barnes and Gordon close to him running off him worked really well.

I was thinking this. Perhaps Barnes off the right might work with Woltemade.

Gordon particularly was coming inside and playing closer to him much more than we've seen previously, which was very effective

If we're to accept he's probably not a natural goalscorer, then it becomes imperative we sign players - particuarly wingers, who are equally adept at intricate link up play.

His greatest strength is his speed of thought and we need players who are technically good enough to create space in the tightest of areas he seems to operate in. That's a bit of a shift from he who shall not be named who's main strength was running the channels and trying to get in behind.
