It's not so much the main roads it'll be the roads/paths around the stadium that'll need to be safe.

Plenty of time to grit them. Not a chance this will be off.

We’re not Middlesbrough 2003 style desperate.

43 tickets. Hardly a fuckload (albeit still more than normal).

About 1 in 1,000 people putting it up for sale then. Basically people who cba with the cold or want to make a bit of money back after Christmas.

Pretty understandable when you consider 6 of our next 7 games are at home.

FWIW, 65k to 70k is the sweet spot for me.

That’s fuckloads in my book given that until very recently you wouldn’t even see 43 tickets come up in resale over a couple of weeks, never mind 43 tickets available and just sitting there waiting to be bought

Until recently some of us have spent day after day after day after day fingerblasting F5 and having to utilise the reaction speed of a cheetah just to try and hook a single ticket for a standard league game like today’s match

I guess the thing is it looks a lot when you log in but as you say there might only be one ticket available in a single block.

I haven't felt this confident in a win for us since the West Ham game. They looked absolutely knackered against Fulham and have had 1 day less rest than us.

We really ought to put these away with the minimum of fuss.

Where are the goals and creativity coming from for you to be so confident?

We’ve scored 5 in our last 2 and are unbeaten at home in about 11

Things are rarely straightforward at the best of times, let alone this season, but you've got to expect us to get a result here. I don't picture win after win after win throughout this run of home games, because we're just not that team this season, but you've got to be hopeful for today.

Goals is an issue for us but we have scored 2+ in 11 of the last 12 home games in all competitions. I wouldn't predict it but it's not unthinkable that we put a few away today.

Palace have looked really fatigued of late, that additional two days rest over the festive period could count for a lot.

They're a good side and I don't think we'll batter them, but out superior squad depth should see us through here.

I can't think if many home games where we've lacked creativity this season. Wolves and Arsenal earlier on perhaps?

My mate is struggling to get in for this due to weather, do you get penalised for not going ?

Only if you’re a ST holder and you do it repeatedly
