Woltemade up front or on the bench for me. I’m not sure I’m buying into this midfield experiment and can only see it hindering his chances of making it here moving forward. He also caused them problems in the away game so would lean towards starting him. If not it’s got to be Gordon I guess.

If we get a win here the and keep the momentum going the season could starting looking like it’s turning into something.

Botman was gassed after about half hour last night. Never happen but I’d be starting Alex Murphy ahead of burn for this one . Burn has being poor for a while. Eddie never do it only thing

It’s always a worry when the game before is played without 100% effort as I think it has a tendency to carry over into the next game. Hopefully not the case this time.

Eh? I'll give you last night sure but poor for awhile? He's been consistently excellent at CB for a long time and his return to the team coincided with our return to form.

Did you miss him battling against arguably the best striker in the world just a few days ago and by most people's accounts holding his own?

I’d love Murphy to succeed here and he did fine last night but I haven’t seen anything to suggest he’s PL standard. No way he’ll start as you say, and I get why.

Focus on the team performances and not so much him as an individual. The team has performed way better since the change and changing it because he isn't having outstanding individual performances doesn't make sense to me.

His own performances will come, but changing it back is asking for the same rubbish performances we saw for months. Before the change I had practically given up because I saw the same issues every week, since the change there's been signs of week to week improvement.

Don't mess with that because you're worried it might mess with him long term.

Not confident for this one at all.

Neither am I. Back to the PL where the phyisicality which has bullied European teams in the CL will probably count for fuck all.

I think Ramsey and Burn in for Botman and Willock and that will be the team.

If we've a realistic chance of Europa we need to win. Anything else and our league season continues to dissapoint. Thankfully our cup season remains exciting.

Would almost prefer Europa to CL, so long as it doesn't cost us players. We're basically in the CL to try and juice our finances and enjoy some glamour ties, whereas the Europa is a fantastic trophy opportunity.
