ya, massive clickbait, also was smart to get him off given we're trying to just ease him back in.
-
I still think Coventry will beat them.
-
Could certainly see why we bought him last season. He looked very dangerous, but he's not kicked on at all. Still time, but it's running out.
-
I never saw the big deal in Hojland. 9 goals in 32 games for Atalanta and Man Utd spunk nearly 70 million on him. He's a Poundstore Haaland at best. Certainly nowhere near Aldi or Lidl.
-
I reckon if I was a promoted club, rather than spend £100 million on 12 or 13 players I would just buy a £50 million Striker and Keeper, sorted.
-
Thought Man U already had Delap. He’s called Rasmus Hojlund.
-
We had a similar conversation last week. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the consensus is that the dynamic of the derby has changed significantly since we were last in the same league as each other, the lows of a defeat now significantly outweigh the highs of a win. If we skelp them = "You're the richest club in the world, we've just been promoted, you should be beyting us" If we win by 1/2 = "All that money and you barely beyt us, we're one or two players away from challenging you" If we draw = "Ha! Still can't beyt wa! Given the gulf in finances, that counts as a win, North Eyests top dogs marra!" If we lose = I'm not even going to imagine what they'd say There is no iota of a doubt who the best team in the North East is, there never will be again, we have nothing to prove by beating those slugs twice a season. I get the feeling most of us are happy to seem them decompose in the lower leagues for all eternity, subjecting their fans to nothing but abject misery. I know they'd be humiliated in the PL and they'd get shat back down to the Championship quicker than you could say 'wheeze keeys are theyyyz' but I don't want them experiencing a single nanosecond of the joy that winning the play offs would bring. I'm still raging at Coventry for making such an arse of it on Friday. They're a sink of depravity, fuck 'em, let them rot with the rest of the detritus down there.

Sounds like your happy with the appointment? -
I hope your not a Proctologist
-
Maybe so. I wouldn't complain if he was to come in as he's miles better than Hojlund. I think Delap carries the same risk as Hojlund, but at a significantly lower cost. I do think Delap is the first choice should we not get Champions League football, but think we'll try for better if we win the cup. Going to be a huge summer either way. Has the potential to transform us.

Gutted I was at work for the match. We had it on the radio, and the poor fella next to me nearly shit himself when I shouted "get in".

Eddie Howe apparently said he was icing his knee at half time and it was partially because of that, as well as tactical reasons, he was subbed. So yeah, basically click bait.
-
Why are the Chronicle reporting 'Botman rocked by knee problem'? Hoping it's just their usual click bait trash, but if he's sidelined once again...
-
A mere shadow of their former selves. Scratting around, just above the relegation zone. Roland Rat as captain - Sir Alex would be turning in his grave. Give it Giggsy!
-
Amorim is done. He'll be at West Ham next after they give Potter the chop. He's ruined his reputation, no top club will touch him now.
-
An Ancelotti coached Bruno & Joelinton.

What a week with scores ranging from 5 up to 25!!! @Coffee_Johnny coming out on top, the average just slightly over 11. Unsurprisingly no one scored the maximum 10 points with their bonus game. Five people blanked. Gameweek 37 - FRIDAY night deadline, 7.30pm Villa v Spurs Chelsea v Man United Everton v Southampton West Ham v Forest Brentford v Fulham Leicester v Ipswich Arsenal v Newcastle Brighton v Liverpool Palace v Wolves Man City v Bournemouth
