Nowt wrong in admitting that they are the facts. He'll know if he goes there he'll be almost guaranteed top trophies. It's not like he's a local boy and has any massive emotional pull here. As well as Minteh (6 months before he signed) he brought up Lewis Hall when absolutely no one else had mentioned him, likewise Livramento and Gordon. There were others too where we were linked and he was saying we definitely weren't in for them: Paqueta, Solanke, Smith-Rowe, and others. He hasn't had anything since 2023 though, basically saying that he's been told nothing since then.
