    Anthony Gordon

What makes you think this? seen loads of people say shit like this based of no actual evidence. Every single interview makes him seem the complete opposite. Anthony Gordon has spoken about the books that have influenced his mindset, particularly regarding mental toughness and high-level sports. He has mentioned Winning by Tim Grover, Never Finished by David Goggins, and Life Force by Tony Robbins as having a significant impact on him. He also carries The Art of Winning and Leadership by Dan Carter with him when playing. “I can react from a higher perspective than my emotions, because being emotional in sport is no good.” “All I must do in the moment is to be present. I can trust my ability and not overthink it.” Gordon said: “I just love learning stuff, and throughout me growing up, I have taken a loving to learning about psychology.” He spoke about how after his career he could see himself trying his hand in the world of psychology. Gordon added: “I was speaking to a coach once, I think it’s my end calling that it may have something to do with that. “The psychology route, I think that may be my end goal, like I said I am so invested in that.
  3. I agree that’s the logic but it could easily backfire and ensure they end up with the dead game should us and Chelsea be winning easy. Or Villa could have it wrapped up early and it would be a case of turn over and see what’s happening at forest.
  4. Botman wasn’t in last weeks, wouldn’t read too much into it. The club are sneaky mcsneaksters and I’m down with it.
  5. Default setting for the modern day online only "fan" Spouts shite for likes, and can't handle the banter when called out. Yet another that's more interested in their on-line presence than the club they claim to follow 🤷
  6. Keep laughing at the thought of being an Arsenal fan this morning. They must be feeling a bit like Frank Grimes; how wonderful.
  7. He was drinking water every time they were took - hence why he's not in any
  8. Andy

    Tottenham Hotspur

Feel like they can have their name back for a bit. I'm sure they'll earn the Roflham Lolspurs title again in due course.
  9. That's not the thought experiment though... We're on about trophies aren't we?
  10. He'll come good. He's still feeling his way back in. He peaked this season right before the injury. Over the 2 legs vs Arsenal he was brilliant. Just needs to refind his mojo
  11. I came in here to feel bad for them but welp!
  12. They were always picking the Liverpool game because of the presentation.
  13. Sky don’t care about which game is the better watch.
  14. Surely city at Fulham would have been a better watch over Liverpool v Palace, neither have anything to play for.
  15. Teams play 8 different teams - 2 from each pot. So every teamfaces two pot 1 sides, 2 from pot 2 etc. So everyone gets the same spread of difficulty more or less. Thats my understanding anyway.
  16. Aye as they're in the CL next season. If they have any sense they'll bin Ange and bring in someone like Iraola, their squad isn't bad.
  17. I don’t mind it, the 4 way split multiscreen is next level.
  18. That bloke makes the thicker than castle walls, cemented with whale spunk McKola appear like a genius by comparison
  19. Paully

    sunderland

100%! I had a house full round mine from 5am before the Cup match due to the ridiculous 9am meet at SJP for the coaches - we ended up on the last coach back and didn’t get into a boozer in town until after 6pm and were completely sober whereas everyone was steaming! Shite!
