  1. Absolutely fed up of watching him atm. He's just not doing much of anything at all and looks a bit of a waste of a shirt
  2. Just a bit more care with the final ball and we could have opened them up at least 5 or 6 times. Just simple balls into the right space, nothing flash and we carve them open and shut the game down completely But no...
  3. Not sure exactly what more Gordon wants tbh. He rolls that in and it's almost game over bang on HT. Fucking dreadful from him
  4. DeZerbi will have these fuckers wound up and they'll be throwing themselves to the ground for being looked at. Atmosphere will be canny too and we'll have to be strong and ride the first 20 mins out. They'll be shit housing from minute 1
  5. Also looking forward to the presser the morning with Moyes, Keane, Gueye and the tea lady
  6. That's incredibly soft defending and keeping tbh
  7. Well now I don't know what to do
  8. Not sure if Everton are going to cope in this cauldron-like atmosphere
  9. He's barely touched him but he has taken a bit of a swing at him tbh. He's, technically, struck him on the face, can't really say it's not a straight red
  10. So that's no Coleman or Gana on Saturday then. Fuck me
  11. Aged well. Subbed off after 8 mins
  12. At no point this afternoon have Spurs looked like they believed they had a chance of winning this. They've been meek and timid as fuck from before kick off. Arsenal have just thrown them around like a $20 whore
  13. Beaten for the 2nd or 3rd time in a couple of decades and this is the pigshit you come out with? Whinging, entitled, graceless arsehole One or 2 decisions didn't go your way for a change and it's a toys out of the pram, utter meltdown
  14. So when they were spawning games with last minute winners it was because he was an inspiration to the team AND his death is also the reason why Sean Dyche is fucking them 3-0 at home too? Two faced, hypocritical scumbag cunts man

    Nick Woltemade

Needs to adjust his natural tenancy to drop really deep and get involved as much, certainly until Wissa is back. I know it's his game and he's really good at it but we need him to be at the head of the attack and be a target in the box for Murphy and Barnes to hit more often. I think it'll benefit the team more, it's not a criticism but we need someone near the penalty spot as we're attacking

    Tino Livramento

Played really well but we need to be careful with him. He's naturally fit but we've got a lot of games coming up and he can't start them all, well just burn him out within a month and we'll be back to square 1. Trippier and Krafth are going to have to come in and let him rest at times until the window opens again
  17. Throwback to our 22/23 season that one today and lush to watch too. Carved City open a few times and could have got even more in that first 70 mins (they should have notched too it must be said) but the fact we're creating again is huge. Big Nick is still dropping deep but I thought a bit less so than he has been which meant more of a presence higher up top, he should have had at least 1 today but can't fault his effort or application tbh. Howe needed a result more than a performance but ended up getting both -we won the game, created loads of chances AND managed to see the game out and all of those 3 things we have been struggling with recently in the league. Even the 'hanging on to grind the result out' is a big positive after the heartbreaks to Arsenal and those cunts. Lat 20 mins weren't pretty but they proved they can do it and it'll give the squad and fans a huge boost that today. Made up for him but we still need the foot on the gas as we're still below where we 'should' be as a club, players need to back it up with a result at Everton next weekend
  18. Hung on a bit towards the end but that in itself is a reason for a bit of positivity. We looked much more like our old selves today, can't underestimate the difference having 2 mobile FBs has on the team, they both improved the team 80% and provided balance, energy and options that caused City problems for 70 mins+ Also showed that Gordon has been a bit of a hinderance so far. Barnes could have had more than his 2 and at least looks like he's enjoying his football and bringing good energy to the team - the exact opposite of Gordon. Huge 3 points (and positive performance) which was very much needed, it'll keep the wolf from the door and give the squad and fans a bit of a boost going into a massive run of games in all 3 comps we're involved in, always nice to beat City in any circumstances but was needed more than ever today, fucking good stuff, bring it on
