What happened to Routledge? Might be worth a punt for about £1 million. Have him and we can throw in Tainio if you want? Seriously though, what is the deal with Routledge? He's no worse than Lennon but he doesn't even get a look in. Did he fall out with the club? Routledge is rubbish.

Really looking forward to Man City v Liverpool this afternoon.
-
Really can't see us winning this. Not the way we are playing right now anyway.
-
Kaka would be ideal. I hear that Pirlo is pretty good and all.
-
Allardyce will get the sack I reckon if we take a real hammering i.e more than 4-0.
-
I'll go a little deeper than I did before. He needs to go back to what works, that's 4-4-2 with 2 natural wingers (Zog/Milner etc.) and he needs to stop playing people in ridiculous positions such as Martins on the wing and Smith in midfield. Play people where you'll get the best out of them. Secondly, he needs to sign some decent players. He got rid of a load of deadwood in the summer but has then signed a new load of players, many of which don't look up to it or have only sohwn flashes of what they can do. He needs to stop the long ball football. The only way he gets away with it is if he wins consistantly and gets us into in to the top 5 or 6. Never gonna win the fans over the way he plays.

How can he win me over? Win games.
-
Move is off after Barca accepted our bid for Messi. I can dream can't I.
-
Allardyce signed him knowing his record, he thought he could put an end to all this but he hasn't.
-
I don't want Shearer but I'm resigned to the fact that if Allardyce goes Shearer will be the man chosen to step in. I personnally think we should go for someone like Klinsmann or Deschamps.
-
Back or Sack. Simple as that.
-
Should be sacked over this if found guilty. He's a fucking idiot. I backed his signing but this is a disgrace. Forget the fact that he assaulted someone for minute, what the fuck was he doing out drinking at 5am when we have a game against Chelsea this saturday?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/g/gillingham/7161899.stm Newcastle, Arsenal and West Ham are keen to sign Gillingham youngster Luke Freeman, according to the League One club's manager Mark Stimson. The 15-year-old striker last month became the youngest player ever to appear in the FA Cup and recently spent time at Newcastle and Arsenal. Stimson rates him at between £200,000 and £300,000 and said: "Luke had a fantastic day at Newcastle and Arsenal. "He is going to West Ham to have a look around. He will then make a decision." But Stimson insists the player will not leave unless Gillingham receive an adequate offer. "Those clubs will speak to our chairman (Paul Scally) and something might come of that," said Stimson. "I think he will be moving on, but only if that is right for this football club. It has to be attractive for us because he is a talent."

Were gonna get battered.

Is this good enough? NO Is he doing all he can with what he's got? Nope Are you happy with the performance from the players? Nope, massively underachieving. Are you happy with the formations & tactics? Definetly not. Some woeful tactics, lineups and formations so far Are you happy with the results so far? Some horrible perfromances/results against Derby, Pompey, Wigan and Reading Will he get it right given time? No idea Has the club progressed? Only progress has been getting rid of the old deadwood such as Bramble. Is our near future with the manager? No. Have you felt proud at any time this season? Not really. maybe after the opening day at Bolton.

I'd take it! Would be an absolute stab in the dark. On one side he could be an excellent manager, on the other he could be as bad as Souness. Every manager at every club is a massive gamble Some gambles are bigger than others. Ramos had won several trophies at Seville before going to Spurs, same with Mourinho when he went to Chelsea and O'Neill when he went to Villa. Shearer has never even had a job, let alone won a trophy.

Nobody brilliant about tbh. If we sacked Allardyce it would be Shearer we'd end up with.
-
No piont in getting rid just yet. Mainly because nobody decent is available.
-
Not sold on him at all. He's bought a load of shit so far. Habib Beye has probobly been his best buy and the rest have all been inconsistant, plain shit or crocked too often.
-
Will be a difficult game ofr us today. With our recent form at Wigan I'd take a piont.
-
I'll take Kaka for a nice little christmas present.
-
Doubt there is more than meets the eye. He's not playing first-team football and he's 38. Move to the Championship makes perfect sense.

Were still 9th. It's a long season and 1 game won't decide it. Sam doesn't play attractive football but so far were doin OK. It's a rebuilding effort and we can't expect champagne football and great results straight away.
