  1. Had no idea the Ox was still in service

Teddy’s been posting throughout the summer in the Sunderland thread on our board. Honestly, anyone getting wound up about that needs to take a look at themselves, you’re not seven years old
  3. Wonder if we go aging safe pair of hands (Wissa or akin to him) and a younger prospect even than Samu, with more risk, earlier in their development but a huge amount to work with
  4. The pendulum swings, at present his most likely destination is us
  5. Suds needs to put down World of Warcraft and start earning his coin
  6. Peter Lansley is a misery nonce, pass it on
  7. Can Gordon strike through his laces? Feel like his strikes have always been curled side foot finishes rather than ever hitting a blastie. Am I mistaken?
  8. Think Jackson could replace Isak in terms of support in build up play, rather than being anywhere near the talent or finishing ability. Ramos isn’t going to bring much to the team other than quality finishing. I guess we’re maybe at the point where we’re just looking for the best striker options available even if they don’t fit what our play has been like for the last three years
  9. He’s a natural goal scorer, don’t love him for what he would generally bring to the team but he’d be an excellent Wilson replacement

    Yoane Wissa

It won’t be those prices for either, will be 25% less on either. It’s just the fucking relentless shite of negotiating day after day after day when we need players in

    Yoane Wissa

not even worth £40m man. I guess to them he is and it’s fair enough but we should be walking away at this stage
  12. I don’t know what I believe, it’s extremely confusing. I think there’s a chance Isak said he’d leave but not in any really concrete terms but I wonder if he gave an ultimatum that he wouldn’t go public until July about wanting to leave in order for us to try and complete some business on bringing someone in, and that’s why he’s gone so nuclear. Otherwise it’s nothing short of sociopathic behaviour. There’s absolutely no doubt that Isak’s behaved appallingly, it’s just about how horrifically bad it’s been really. Making up lies to try and push the move and destroy NUFC in the process is some play
  13. Unlike Chelsea’s bomb squad where people are put in it for no reason other than Chelsea’s rampant greed at refreshing their squad with 8 new players every window, Man U’s bomb squad is part dickheads, part players that I think Amorim will have treated respectfully but doesn’t think they have a future at the club and rightfully so
  14. He’s clearly a good lad, far too good to be among the snakes at Man U, King Rat, the Glazers and the board. Whether he’s a good manager or not is still up for a debate but he’s got a lot of integrity

    Jacob Ramsey

I agree, I think we’ll see a quality goal return from him this season. 10 goals across all comps and a good number of assists too

    Jacob Ramsey

Should have got Jacob on his back and not just the J
  17. I like him a lot as a person, quality values
  18. We need two strikers though and I don’t think we’re getting two project strikers to go with the ultimate project Osula
  19. Just got to hope that his attitude, mixed with some classic Man U toxicity behind the scenes sets him back
  20. Mbeumo was quality and Cunha had moments. They’re both massive signings for them and the absolute best buys they could go for. The error is that they’ve spent so much and probably can’t get the defence, CM and midfield to where they need it so they’re going to be massively hit and miss again this season

    Jacob Ramsey

Feels small time to me, nothing wrong with the production quality, it’s just really boring and for me, just takes away from the signing. If they want to do a fan engagement piece, do it separately and make it its own thing. Don’t shoehorn in some odd connection to a player they’ve got no link to
  22. Re: Sesko, very easy to look skilful as fuck in a much weaker league. Let’s see how he looks here where he has such little time on the ball. I said it all summer long, he’s someone I’m glad we missed out on. He will have good games and have amazing moments but overall, I think he’ll not be worth the money they spent at all
