We are thoroughly depressing to watch. Never has it been more evident that a manager of a team doesn’t believe in tactics.
-
We must be the most static team in the league. We don’t do anything in possession. Where is this attacking football, Brucey?
-
The lineups and style of football the last two games have reminded me why I rarely watch England outside of tournaments. So shit to watch.
-
Are you alright? I mean, so far you've wished half the White House dead, called your aunt a pathetic nob head and raged at a bloke for having a pint before a flight Long COVID.
-
I get ManDoon's views are probably quite different to mine in regards to the Covid situation. Seeing as he has had the virus and it knocked him for six. I'd say I'm pretty blasé in comparison. But I feel this may be a bit extreme, in my opinion. Bruce is still a useless twat, mind.

Saw Micky Quinn in the pub last night. He is usually in there on a Sunday. Usually absolutely steaming and all
-
Used to stick up for him a lot. But I'm fed up of watching him wander about, pissing and moaning and now all of the ridiculous quotes to go with his shite performances. We have eyes, Jonjo. Stop talking utter bollocks. Sick of the cunt, TBH.

On what I’ve seen so far this season and in the past. I’d start him out wide ahead of Fraser or Ritchie. Plus Ritchie is injured, anyway. Not exactly spoilt for choice. Edit: Meant what I’ve seen of Murphy in the past. If we could get Fraser from 2 seasons back. That would be great. Looks pretty uninspiring so far.

Only one that can take any credit from tonight, I thought. End product was a bit iffy. But unlike Fraser, Almiron and Ritchie. He seems keen to take defenders on and use his pace to drive into space and actually try and get in behind defenders when on the ball. I actually quite enjoyed watching him. Not that there is much enjoyment watching NUFC anymore.
-
What does he work on with these players, man There is no structure to anything we do. The movement off the ball is usually shit or non-existent and we give it away every 5 seconds. Our building from the back is passing it along the back like a hot potato and then booming it long to nobody in particular. Thoroughly depressing stuff. This club just gets worse and worse.

I used to always stick up for him and I do still rate his vision and passing ability. He just seems to have a terrible attitude and work ethic. Always moaning, blaming someone else, having a go at the ref or the opposition, pointing at someone to do his job, stood about watching the game pass him by etc etc. He often seems to be marking space between players and not actually doing anything. Often loses his man after a few passes. He’s just as lazy and makes odd decisions when we’re in possession, as well. He was stood still edge of the box in a good position in the first half. Didn’t really seem to be demanding the ball. Then when I think it was Manquiilo or Almiron had worked an opening to shift it to him. He just made a pointless run behind two defenders and the move broke down. His lack of mobility and brain dead decision making just seem to be getting worse. Such a shame, as it is a waste of a good technical player. Set pieces are wank, mind

I know Spurs have some great attacking players. But it is quite the achievement to go 5 at the back, with a flat 4 in front and still get cut open on every attack. More and more it just looks like th players are told where they’re playing and that’s it. There seems to be no movement off the ball in attack and defence. We’re just so slow and flat footed all the while. When we have possession it is painful to watch, as we never seem capable of trying to build anything. Playing it out from the back has totally died since Rafa left and all. You can tell this cunt isn’t really into tactics, or whatever he said. Awful, awful stuff.

I had a couple of neutrals message me saying it was one of the most tactically inept performances they can remember from a Premier League side. Watched it with a few mates who were waiting for the Liverpool game. They couldn't believe how bad and wide open we were. But yes, Steve. It's sensationalist. He gets an easy ride from the media FFS! Only seems to be Craig Hope that calls him out on his shitness.

"We got wor backsides kicked, that's for sure. We'll just have to roll wor sleeves up and get on with it again."

The comments from Norwich fans does look about right. He looks weak as fuck and gets shoved off the ball a lot. Certainly does seem a bit suspect defensively. I'm sure that'll improve with time and good coaching......... Looks pretty decent on the ball and will provide width going forward. Whether we manage to see enough of the ball or keep it for more than 5 passes to utilise this, I'm not sure. Bit hard to have a go at him for how awful he was positionally against Brighton. As the whole team were all over the place. Surely we didn't just have 14 players that all had an off day? Of course the narrative will be they don't try or want to play for the shirt. Not that the manager is not putting them in a system that gives them a chance to succeed on the day.

Makes you wonder how many places and sports clubs will go under? Can’t see fans getting back to matches and events this year.

3 games in and I’m already sick to death of this savoy cabbage headed mother fucker. What is the point of this football club under it’s current guise?
-
I thought we’d struggle compared to last week. Although I didn’t think we’d get battered like that. They should have won by 5, really. Playing a team that can keep the ball and seem to have some sort of gameplan and structure. Where we just have a load of individuals strolling about aimlessly. Straight from kick off, you could see we were in for a rough day. Going 4-4-2 and with an unchanged side from last week against these just reeks of non-league stuff. “Can’t change a winning side.....”
-
Looked pretty quick, I thought. He made a couple of good near post runs and got to the ball for a couple of half chances. Fairly strong back to goal, actually has shots and gets in goal scoring positions. I'm not used to this from a striker.
-
Actually quite excited by this signing. I mean, I've pretty much emotionally detached myself from all things NUFC. But we are doing some good deals and it's hard not to take a bit of notice. Makes it all the more annoying that Rafa never got proper backing. But shithouses like McClaren and Bruce get decent funds, in comparison.

When he gets time to dictate, I don't think it is that outlandish to suggest he is easily a top half player. Not many see passes like him or have the ability to be accurate like him. Against Bournemouth and for the most part yesterday, he got a lot of room to operate. Whenever he is closed down or in games where we're rarely on the ball (so pretty much 90% of this season). He's a bit of a passenger and a liability at times. Seems to be a bit fitter and putting more effort in, mind. Last two games he's still been up and down the pitch at the end of the 90 minutes. Him blocking a cross on 89 minutes yesterday was a personal highlight I really like him as a player, TBH. Just seems like a bit of a twat and he is infuriating in some games.
-
I believe he did. His full debut and also HBA’s. I was at that game and he was a monster, second best player on the pitch that day. Travelled back down south with an Everton fan which was pretty sweet.

RIP Cheicky. Can’t believe it’s been 3 years. Life is cruel.

Is this a piss take or genuinely from an article I see he’s just done an interview with The Athletic.
