  1. Get in! milesstarforth Miles Starforth Peter Lovenkrands set to start after mid-week brace. #nufc 1 minute ago Favorite Retweet Reply Don't do that again, ever! I almost went and checked his twitter to confirm you're on the wind
  2. Just the usual talk your player(s) up, run of the mill manager comments. Relax man, I keep telling myself this, might be totally wrong but I find it helps me keep my sanity.
  3. I like watching them, I mean what football fan doesn't enjoy seeing the lieks of Aguero, Yaya, Johnson, Kompany, Hart, Nasri, Dzeko, Tevez and errr Gareth Barry But second team are they fuck, I don't even have a second team, and if I did it certainly wouldn't be Man City.

Just seen the highlights on NUFCTV. Just before he pings it out to Marv he has a few neat touches and goes forward with ease. His run to set up Lover in the second half is riduclous as well. Playing him in the false 9 position is the way forward. Got cover for both flanks now and we're short of decent strikers.
  5. Sort of nervous, because I'm feeling confident about this one. Whenver there is optimism, we seem to fail, plus we have a shit record against these! 2-0 I reckon. Best and Cabaye. Hope Ba scores though, need to get him on a roll!

Doesn't that Randy Savage post on here?

    Alan Pardew

Isn't he on TalkSport this morning? Should be a write up of it on their website later if anyone is interested, there was last time.

Lover may well be a poor/average striker, but all his penalties for us have been superb. A bit like big Shola really when either of them take a penalty, I'm hardly even nervous anymore

    Sunderland...

They seem to know an awful lot about us. Like when HBA has played, who he was subbed on/off against etc. Fucking tragic

33.3% delighted, 33.3% worried he'll get smashed by some thug, 33.3% dreading the the summer, when he'll probably be sold by MA. Dean Kiely seemed to like him anyway, said it always looked like something was about to happen when he was on the ball. The other commentator was such a weapon I stopped paying attention to him, think he liked him as well though Anyone think he'll be on the bench Saturday? Got a feeling he won't be and will be eased in slowly like Gosling, hope I'm wrong mind. I think it's fair to assume he won't be anywhere near to seeing out his contract so it's best to just enjoy his time here however long that ends up being I said that when we got him on loan, still going to be hard to take when/if he leaves.
  11. Right footed, but usually plays wide left. Depends if that bollock headed twat Kean realises how poor Raylor is and switches him. McLeish missed a trick Saturday.
  12. Sounds fairly promising. Another reserves/friendly run out during the International break, then start against Spurs?
  13. Whlist Ryan Taylor is playing, I think Jonas will remain on the left wing. Just have a feeling Pards isn't convinced by Taylor's defending (who is?) You can see from how deep Jonas sits that either Jonas, AP, Raylor or all three are not comfortable with Ryan at left back. Hurry up and get fit Santon FFS.

  15. I sort of agree with your original point TBF. He's making quite a few fuck ups and seems a bit nervy, but he's entusiastic and also talks a lot of sense. It's just so hard to like that guy! Still, it's better than listening to Jamie "when I was at Liverpool, when I was at Bournemouth, when I was at Tottenham, when my Dad was manager at Bournemouth zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Redknapp. Owen was literally a greyhound was he? Oh and Torres was literally on fire, Charlie Adam plays at Quarter Back The bloke is such a wanker. I genuinely think if you spent more than an hour in the company of Souness you'd suffer from depression and want to kill yourself, that man is such a negative, boring cunt. Basically most the sky pundits are just as irritating, so many of them know sod all when they get paid a shit load to have more than just a basic knowledge of the top 6 clubs and to talk about past glories (look no further than the Soccer Saturday panel). I actually quite like Wilkins, but he does say "My word" an awful lot. Excuse the rant, you've set me off Tron
  16. Hmm I dunno like, the cringeworthy interview he did with Mancini, saying Leon Best has came through the ranks with Shola, then went onto mention it another couple of times saying how they knew each others game inside out, Jonas has played left back numerous times for Argentina and there was another massive fuck up from him that has escaped my memory, little help anyone?

Hope he starts and plays about 60 minutes. Will be a bit of an anti climax if he plays for 10 minutes at the end!
  18. Can't take anyone on Talksport seriously. They over exagerate a point and go on the wind up all the time, trying to be a bit contreversial to get callers in. The annoying thing is, when they're not trying to stir it up, I actually quite like Collymore and even Durham, think he's actually quite a good journalist TBH. Gough and Quinn talk some right shite on there, haven't got a fucking clue, at least Big Mick always shouts down anyone bad mouthing NUFC though, usually with made up stats and facts
  19. 'Doesnt work with our pass and move style' Absolute shite from them. The minute Carroll plays they go long to him, when he doesn't they can't go long as it's only Suarez up top on his own, I don't really see them playing some wonderful pass and move style. Dogleash isn't a world class tactical mastermind, even though the scousers seem to think so. They have wasted so much money on such mediocre/half decent ish players and seem to lack a real gameplan from what I've seen so far under his management. Adapted the formation to accomodate Carroll at the weekend, then proceeded to play without any sort of cohesion, they were void of ideas and looked lost, totally and utterly clueless. The amount of times were there was no movement in front of the back 4, or players looked uncomfortable with and without the ball was unbelievable. I see King Kenny is just blaming it on the refs and refused to comment again on the sending offs on Sunday, probably because the decisions were spot on so he couldn't have a whinge, depressing old cunt.

    Sunderland...

Anyone read/hear Bruce's post match comments? The ramblings of an insane man. He mentions the derby loss twice (he really can't let that go). "Mass hysteria from the fans and the media just because we lost to Newcastle" or words to that effect. I suppose the utter dross his team serves up, a terrible home record, money spent, players leaving and the same old excuses from Brewcie have nowt to do with this 'mass hysteria' does it you hopeless cunt. The bloke is such a cunt, I struggle to even laugh at him now. Just an irritating red faced, rotund wanker.
  21. Aguero and Yaya aren't bad either!

    Alan Pardew

Apart from bloody Shola. What on earth was he thinking bringing him on? I thought Shola did well after coming on - better than Ba showed. Pardew probably wanted to give him the chance to get over the stinker at QPR and show that he can rise above the over-the-top criticisms he's getting. notsureifserious.jpg He was fucking woeful, had one decent shot, give away 2 or 3 needless fouls, ran the ball into touch at one point and swaggered about in his usual arrogant and lethargic way. He was a disgrace, as per usual. Still, after all that, I can't help but like the bloke
