Slept on it and still feel disappointed about the late equaliser, as we played really well. Don't really have a complaint about the ref for the added time or the penalty decision, both seemed about right. However, I had forgotten about Yamal being suspended for next week had he been booked (along with another of their players), and at least one of his fouls on Hall was worthy of a yellow. Think the other player (forgot who) also avoided the yellow. That stinks, like. But, still dispapointed (as I said last night) that we just can't see games out. Last time I remember us getting the ball into a corner and keeping it there was the closing minutes of the Carabao Cup final. We jusy seem to lose composure - whether its trying for another, or just panicking, we end up lumping it or giving it away and it comes straight back at us. Still, onto next week, and hopefully we can put on a similalr performance, and we'll see what happens.

We could/should have given Shahar a few more opportunities, or more minutes... early cup games, dead rubbers (more than 5 mins at end of Quarabag 2L), then at least we'd have a better idea if he could make the step up if/when needed, instead of just letting him sit on the bench.

The first half added time played seemed excessive. It was 5mins on the board, so if the penalty was scored in the 6th minute, theres a bit to add, but not the amount he did.... almost another 5mins played. I was more puzzled with the 2nd half added time. 3mins on the board, and was it about 6 or 7 minutes overall, and there were no significant stoppages in that 2nd half added time either. Definitely wearing Fergies old watch.

This still a dead leg, or has his leg actually fell off??
