Tooj
There was plenty of nuggets having a go after he gave the ball away a couple of times in his first few games. Continue backpedalling lads! Quality player. Given time Cacapa could well be the same. they both just needed time to adjust. You don't go from captaining Champions League sides to a becoming a bad player overnight. Cacapa had one bad game and suddenly he's Sunday League standard. Leaves me wondering how some of our posters manage to dress themselves. Apart from imagining our posters dressing themselves. Beye looked a bit shaky when he first came into the team but he's getting better by the game, at least Carr finally seems to have become no more than a player used as cover. I don't want to knee-jerk but Beye could turn out to be a very good player for us if he keeps playing like this.

Guest
Today he reminded me of Domi at his best but on the opposite flank. Did superbly for the goal, but winning it, and scoring from it. Shame my "Sunday, Monday Habib Beye" song didn't take off, just getting blank looks instead.

Guest Knightrider
The best of our summer buys thus far for me which may not be saying much but he's increasingly looking like a decent player for us at right-back, at both ends.

If he keeps this up he could become a good candidate for captain, as he was at Marsaille.

S.S.R.
To the tune of 'Perfect Day' by Lou Reed. Just one Habib Beye, Watch him at St James' park, And then later, when it gets dark, We go home. Just one Habib Beye, Won a corner against the blues Then later, he made it two, And then home. 2 million spent on Habib Beye, We're glad Sam spent it on you. Only one Habib Beye, You just keep us hanging on, You just keep Sam hanging on. Just a perfect day, Problems all left alone, Weekenders on our own. It's such fun. Just a perfect day, You made us forget ourselves, We thought we were someone else, Someone good.
