Wouldn't blame him if he sent a reply via letter saying 'Fuck off' after the disgraceful way he was let go in the Summer.

He wasn't "let go". He didn't have a contract. In the same way Viduka, Owen, Cacapa & Edgar didn't.

He wanted a new deal, sat around waiting for one, and was told via a letter he wasn't getting one. It might not be the absolute defination of being 'Let Go' but he was certainly 'Let Down' by the club in a very weak way.

Beggars can't be choosers though. Would he prefer £0 a week or whatever NUFC offer him? He still hasn't got a new club. At least Newcastle is relatively close to his Scottish home.

United set to offer Lovenkrands new contract

Would be good at this level, alot of pace.

Personally don't think he has alot of pace anymore. He is still quick, but he's not rapid anymore by any means.

He's a cut above almost every other player we have at 1st team level with acceleration I'd say. He's a half decent finisher and is able to chase flick ons and run into space. Should be really good at this level.

He's not as quick as he once was but he still has a lot of pace.  He's a quick player by Premiership standards, which makes him fucking grease lightning in the Championship

There's nothing on the official Udinese or Albacete websites about that Ritchie Kitoko lad yet mind so you never know. He's got the nickname over there of, "Makelele de la Mancha".
