Newcastle Fan
His style of play dosn't suit the English game at all, however should he stay and play with us this season i'm sure he's going to get much better.

bovineblue
Off to Zaragoza according to one of my mates who I've just spoken to. Not quite what the fountain of wisdom has to offer. http://www.sundaysun.co.uk/sport/newcastle-utd/newcastle-utd-news/2009/08/16/defensive-duo-on-the-move-79310-24450807/
La Parka
I don't know what he is doing to stay in the team. Wish we had one competent centerback and he wouldn't get a look in
Skirge
Fabricio Coloccini's huge Newcastle pay deal could scupper Espanyol getaway Espanyol want to take Newcastle United centre-half Fabricio Coloccini on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent deal. The Argentina defender is thought to be keen on a return to Spain after disappointing since joining from Deportivo La Coruna for about £10million last summer. However, Espanyol would be reluctant to pay much more than half his £60,000 a week pay deal at St James' Park, meaning the 27-year-old would have to accept a pay cut or ask Newcastle to subsidise the move. Espanyol could make a move for Paris Saint-Germain left winger Jerome Rothen. The France international has been shown around Ewood Park, but Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is looking at other options and is in no rush to conclude a deal for the 31-year-old. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1207911/Fabricio-Coloccinis-huge-Newcastle-pay-deal-scupper-Espanyol-getaway.html
Tsunami
He was woeful again last night. Four times in the first 20 mins he was caught the wrong side of their forwards. Forward sticks his arse out/ Colo tries to nip in front/ forward stands his ground & turns Colo/ Colo on the wrong side/ Colo too slow to get back & tries to foul the forward. He'd be Shearer's dream defender to play against. If Taylor goes & we are left with this clown we have huge problems in central defence.

ElDiablo
Might convince them to stay if they're still getting picked. We could fucking do with them.
Frazzle
2 players in the Argentina squad is crazy, they could quite easily win the World Cup and we've have two world cup winners on our books. If they both stay of course which doesn't seem likely, althought slightly more likely now they know they can hold onto their places in the national team. They've got absoloutely no chance of winning the World Cup with Diego in charge. They probably won't even qualify.
LoveItIfWeBeatU
And yet no other club has made a reasonably (by Mike Ashley's standards) offer for Coloccini or Jonas. I guess being an Argentinian International regular doesn't have the kudos it once did.

Village Idiot
Coloccini has been linked today with the parakeet scum by our local press. However, the same article said that Newcastle's asking price was out of their possibilities.
