Stifler
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/mediatechnologyandtelecoms/9491026/ITV-in-talks-with-BT-to-show-Premier-League-games.html Like that is going to happen. BT pay all that money in order for customers to subscribe to it's TV service or add their channel to their Sky or VM accounts but then allow some of the games to be seen for free on a terrestrial channel. Yeah because that makes sense.
Hanshithispantz
It might make sense if viewed professionally from an actual marketing perspective and not just some ments kid on a football forum.

Super Duper Branko Strupar
QPR technical director Mike Rigg has written a formal letter of complaint to Leeds United over goalkeeper Paddy Kenny. Former Rs shot-stopper Kenny is alleged to have sent abusive messages to Rigg and Loftus Road chairman Tony Fernandes over the weekend. The 34-year-old joined Championship side Leeds during the summer after it is understood he asked for a transfer, despite the Hoops hoping he would stay to provide competition for summer signing Rob Green. England international Green endured a nightmare debut following his move from West Ham, with a blunder for the first goal putting Swansea on course to a 5-0 victory in the season opener. It is understood that Kenny sent abusive text messages to Rigg and Fernandes late on Saturday night and in the early hours of Sunday morning, mocking the result and Green's performance. Rigg is also understood to have received calls up until 3am on Sunday, leading him to make a formal complaint to Leeds. The accusations are likely to further damage Kenny's status at QPR, who he described as a "tin pot club" on Twitter in recent days. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11715/8011448/QPR-make-Kenny-complaint Class, respect for him has gone up. Fat C***. His Twitter is hilarious @p20ddy

BottledDog
Ok, has anyone got any sort of clue what the hell they are doing in the pre patch press conference vid on nutv at about 4m 40s? Bunch of loons. Presumably the prancing around ties in with the photo yesterday of John Carver jumping like a Japanese schoolgirl while Obertan looked on quizzically? Dr Colossus
Ever think that if you won a massive stash on Euromillions or something, you'd use the money to sign players for NUFC? From Colin "Kazim-Kazim" Kazim-Richards' Wikipedia page. Bury Kazim-Richards began his professional career at Bury, after joining the club at the age of 15 and progressing through the club's youth team and centre of excellence. He broke into the first team in the 2004–2005 season, and his performances caught the attention of larger clubs. Brighton & Hove Albion At the age of 18, he was signed on a three-year contract by Brighton & Hove Albion for £250,000. The contract was signed after a fan of the club, Aaron Berry, won the sum for the club in a competition run by Coca-Cola which, in turn, led to Kazim-Richards being dubbed the "Coca-Cola Kid". alexf
Didnt Coke have a thing going where it was "win a new player for your team" or something like that? Would make more sense than the guy just buying them a player of his own free will
