How we are going to be gazumped by a (temporarily) Prem side on attendances a third of ours. But can't blame Hughton for not wanting to play Leeds game, nor Leeds for wanting as much as possible for their top attraction. who's that ? the only other club i've heard interested was villa. Wolves are understood to have enquired about Beckford without committing themselves to a firm offer and the Premier League club are watching with interest as Newcastle work to secure his signature. A move to St James' Park is Beckford's preferred option — his "dream move" according to one source — and the Magpies remain favourites to sign him during the January transfer window.
