Dave
http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/wolverhampton-wanderers-fc/2015/12/30/wolves-back-in-for-mike-williamson/? The 32-year-old enjoyed a productive five-game loan spell at Molineux before being recalled by Magpies chief Steve McClaren due to a defensive shortage at St James' Park. However as reported last week, Newcastle seem prepared to allow Williamson to leave on a permanent deal in January. And Jackett today told the Express & Star that there had been initial discussions between the two clubs. Williamson is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury that has prevented him appearing for Newcastle since his recall. It is believed he is available for a nominal fee - and the move would suit all parties, with Williamson thought to be keen on a return to Wolves. The centre-half is out of contract at St James' Park next summer.

mrmojorisin75
We'll be bringing in a quality CB to fill that gap in the squad then I imagine.
Pilko
He's been useless shit for a good 80-90% of his Newcastle career since we came back up... but his constant inclusion is the fault of the club, not his own. Hope he fares well at somewhere a lot closer to his real level.
LooneyToonArmy
Anyone seen much of Benik Afobe? He was linked with us a couple of times before and he has a decent scoring record albeit lower level. Worth a punt in a swap deal? Not a straight 1.5m swap deal obvs

oldtype
I look forward to seeing him have an utter blinder against us in the Championship next season, en route to being named player of the year.
Andybiotics
Always liked Williamson as a person, seemed a canny lad when ever I've heard him speak, but was totally out of his depth in the Premiership. Hope he does well at Wolves. Hopefully a new CB arrives in January now...
Heron
He's been useless s*** for a good 80-90% of his Newcastle career since we came back up... but his constant inclusion is the fault of the club, not his own. Hope he fares well at somewhere a lot closer to his real level. Exactly this. People's berating of him is just a bit pathetic at times tbh.
