TRon
Good to hear he had a promising game. A lot of wide players have a good impact in the early stages of their careers, but then defenders suss them out a bit, and they have to face the challenge of improving, when they'd thought they'd already made the grade. Some players find that difficult, and I wonder whether that happened with Routledge. Hopefully, he'll start to come good again with us. Lennon is the prime current example of a player who started well, then lost his way, but finally got his act together. It's also true of Bentley and Beckham for what it's worth. Let's not forget David Beckham was retired and playing in Disneyland not so long ago.
Guest Heneage
Exciting debut. He moves for the ball, gives and goes, happy to go on the outside or the inside and creates space for others with his running ala Jonas, if we just got someone with the preverable 'Engine' in the middle we'd cruise this league. Village Idiot
Read on the match reports he gave the assist for Ranger's goal.
Yorkie
Read on the match reports he gave the assist for Ranger's goal. Good pass n'all. The run was timed well and the pass was perfectly weighted. Nothing revolutionary but those minor bits of quality win you games in this league; and we've shown on numerous occassions that we only need to do it once. Promising signs. Teasy
Good awareness and pass for Rangers goal and a couple of decent crosses. Livened us up when he came on.
cubaricho
Give him about three weeks and we'll take all of the actual footballing out of his game. Give a go? What's that?
TRon
Propper wank, headless chicken can't cross. I expect we'll hear much more of this during Routledge's time here.

Ronaldo
A winger, an actual winger. Looks absolutely brilliant in this league so far.
Guest icemanblue
Hell of a finish, like. Wingers on both wings, it's lovely.
midds
He's very good in his own right but the balance he gives us is fantastic. We can now stretch teams across the pitch and come at them from both flanks. Looking like a superb signing and he'll get even better imo.
ponsaelius
Kinda get the feeling he'll continue to excell at home and struggle away - although that's just inkeeping with the whole team.

Yep, teams can no longer afford to put 3 or 4 men on Jonas which helps massively.
junkhead
In theory it also puts less pressure on the CMs which in our case is vital

Ronaldo
He looks so quick, reminds me of Dyer in the way he seems to skip over the ground.
Guest chris1210
Really impressed with the lads first touch, a few times his first touch was what set him on his way. Fantastic goal, and generally very very impressed with him last night. Hope he can keep it up!
