maybe_next_year
played well today, for him. fair play to him, didn't look bad for a 4th choice.
Skirge
On NUFCTV 2We lost two centre halves today and that's not ideal for any team but we've only got those two centre halves really"
Wilson
Did ok. Cracked me up seeing him just try to head thin air for the first goal sure he 'out-muscled' drogba for one header what a guy
Doug
He was steady enough today. It must be extra hard to play with any confidence knowing you will be routinely slaughtered by your own fans. Time to give this bloke a break.
Dr.Spaceman
Nah, he's shit.
Foluwashola
He's obviously shite but he did very well today. Out of position and in a complete physical mismatch with that diving wanker Drogba.
Ronaldo
He's obviously s**** but he did very well today. Out of position and in a complete physical mismatch with that diving w***** Drogba. 2006 would like its insult back.

Pilko
He was perfectly fine apart from the key moment where he was found wanting and Drogba scored, which at the end of the day is what counts.
Sifu
He did alright. Of course, he was at fault for their first goal but after that he was pretty solid against Drogba/Torres tbh.

ExiledGeordie
He was ok yesterday and what he needs is the fans support not clowns shouting abuse at him in the next few matches because quite frankly he's all we've got.
Darth Crooks
Embarrassing. He did well enough yesterday. Let's cut him some slack. Has been doing no worse than the likes of Raylor when called upon so far.

Darth Crooks
True but the description of him recently as a 'key player' from some here shows some staunch defense of him as a player. Don't think either have been brilliant but they've done well given the situation. Think Jimbo deserves some respite. fwiw Santon needs to come in sooner rather than later. LoveItIfWeBeatU
Whatever people think of him it looks like he'll be playing in quite a few games, at least until Williamson is fit. I'm sure he'll play better with support rather than criticism.
Flip
First match ever where Perch wasn't complete shit. Actually had a half decent game, but seems nervous on the ball and seems incapable to head the ball in a decent direction. Every time he won a header it went straight back to a Chelsea player. its like he can't head the ball with pace, his head just stops the ball in a way. Stu
Heard a rumour that James Perch was next (in a long line) of players to have been written off by a large section of our support before turning a series of half-competent displays. Surely a fallacy!
