The Shola we're seeing right now is a far fitter and stronger player than what we've seen before.

Awesome.

 

Aye, I just think that it seems to all be coming together for Shola now at this later stage of his career. He seems to be really drawing on his experience and putting it to good use.

His form right now is probably better than it was when Roeder had him playing well. Of course now that we've mentioned that he's playing well, the spell will be broken.

I feel I deserve some praise for Shola's revival.  I took him out of my Fantasy League team to ensure that he scored.  And he did.  It was a sacrifice worth making..

 

On a serious note - I just hope he can keep this up.

Love the way he strikes his 2nd too - it just gets better everytime you watch it!!

 

Would have been easy to get under it and sky it over (like S'lands first few efforts), but to keep it down and still get the power behind it, was superb!!
