Ba & Best are decent, have their qualities, but if we find a striker in the same bracket as Cabaye then we really are laughing. Seems we are going to have to be patient to get the right one, but when we do and if we spend big money on him I have full confidence he'll be brilliant for us and the setup of our team. Carr/Pards/Board...doing a brilliant job bringing in the talent, one or two more man and its going to be something quite worthy of our support. Polar opposites of what's happening at Sunderland, allowing the manager full control of signings, bringing in safe bets, run of the mill players and choosing quantity over quality. Next season will be even better as well with Lovenkrands, Harper & Smith all off the wage bill, there's £5m a year to play with and we wouldn't even notice they'd gone.
