The Life and Times of 'Entertaining' Mario Balotelli

Never a deliberate stamp. In slow mo it can perhaps look like it, but he lost his balance. Quite simple.

Are you joking? Did you see the force he brought his leg down with? It was disgusting and could have done some serious damage.

if it was pure deliberate stamp to aim parker head or hand how can it miss... should hit the target that quite easy but it did not. if the stamp was hit parker head or hand... parker will go to hospital already....

Because he was facing the other way and he knew Parker was behind him. If parkers head had of been a couple of inches further over, he would be in hospital.

Saw it multiple times in replay. Too easy to rip Balotelli apart just because he's Balotelli. As I've said, it looks worse in slow motion as it always does. But he's hardly STAMPING him in a violent manner, and imo it doesn't look deliberate.

He'll get off with that.  He's not looking at Parker and he is clearly off balance.  Whether he meant to stamp on his face or not, it certainly is not clear cut from that angle, no matter how many times you paste the GIF.

Deliberate.  If you're trying to regain your balance you don't bring your leg up before you put it down.  Only reason to do that is to get maximum force, i.e. stamp on something.  You wouldnt put your foot down behind you either, instinctively you put your foot forward to balance and stop yourself falling.

Deliberate stamp. He's not looking at Parker as he's kicking out his right leg but he is looking as he goes down to see the reaction.

If it's an accident why does he throw his leg bag like that? Absolutely no need. If Parker's head isn't there and he doesn't stamp he stays on his feet.

Believe it or not, when you're stumbling/losing your balance (which some are claiming he did), you can't choose to fall a particular way.

"Oh dear, I'm falling over. Best make sure I don't hit Parker..."

And this is the reason why I think that nothing will come of it.  If it does, it is only because the FA is courting Redknapp.

Completely unnatural movement though.

Well obviously but whenever you fall youre legs will move in a way to try and regain control. he extended his legs in full force to hit him, it was completely unnecessary and he shouldve been off.

Oh and btw I love him  :smitten: Entertaining as hell.
