Remember when I was buying our home kit 2003-2005, the one with blue northern rock. Couldn't decide between Woodgate and Speed, went with Woodgate. f***ing gutted now. Wonder if there's any where I can get an old Speed jersey to commemorate...

Best i can find

Presumably they listed that today... Pretty crass.

Just gone through some old posts about him because I (incredibly) can't ever remember criticising him, not once.

Yeah, can't speak highly enough of him as a player or person.

Gary Speed would be my first choice

:'(

How can you tell it was listed today? ???

Looks like a legitimate children's charity behind it as well? ???

Everyone loved him.

The grief isn't false he was so well liked.

I'm half thinking retire the #11 shirt. May be a bit much, but it'll just hurt seeing anyone else in it from now on. He deserves that respect.

You know who our current number 11 is?

They stock the lettering style used from 1997 to 2007.  I might email them and see if they'll put 'Speed 11' on my 97-99 home shirt if I send it to them.

Think I'm gonna get that and wear it at the Chelsea game. One way to say thanks for the memories, effort and class.

RIP Gary Speed. My first PL game game was against him, he showed me in that game what is british football about.

 I've got to say, I appreciated what a superb professional he was and that he was a popular figure but today has really opened my eyes as to quite how far-reaching his popularity was, and is.

Could you let me know if they'll be willing to do that?
