We need to buy a few players now and get a few back fit and starting at Norwich we can push on. Debuchy is a start but he should have here 6 months ago had the done things right. So basically our injured players will save our season, not Pardew. That's how it came across on the pitch as well. This sums it up really. Goes back to what I was saying earlier. The most worrying thing is that there seems an increasingly strong suggestion that all he does is pick the best players and expect it to work. If those players aren't available there's no cohesion at all. If he's going to stay, then serious questions need to be asked about this from those above him. Then again, they're clueless. Ba, Cisse and Hatem have been Pardew's get out of jail card for a long time. Our game plan has been to hoof the ball up top and hoping one of those lot pulled something magic out of the hat, which just happened to occur a lot last season. We just got passed off the park by a Championship team because we don't have any organisation or ability to hold on to the ball and knock it about. Why? You honestly think Pardew wants players like he had to pick today anywhere near the first team squad ? A couple of them may make the bench if we are riddled with injuriess but having to start them must be soul destroying. You lot throw around names of managers like there is a chance we could get them when really there is no hope in hell we would look at them or that they would even conciser us if we did. Its the cheapest option EVERY time not the best option. Yes get a new manager and we start winning games oh look "Cabaye had a great game" "wow Cisse looks class again back in the middle" "what a difference a proper right back makes" "thank god Taylor is fir again". Yes we are out of the cup but we played a team not patchwork side full of kids who probably won't make it at the highest level. He needs our support now more than ever, let see how things go for him once he gets players back, lets hope the powers that be sign a decent striker and CB and not more lower league dross or young kids. Give him the tools to do they job you expect him to do! Happy clapping for a manager who's lost 9 out of the last 11. Utterly disgraceful and embarrassing performance today. Loads of people mentioned we had to pick up alot of points against the poorer teams we faced or it would be long season. Now it is. We had Cabaye and Saylor in alot of those games, HBA in some.
