Pardew: The NUFC staff are working very hard to make sure the match goes ahead and he is confident it will be on.

Pardew: Yes in fact, the squad are working four days out of five to make sure the pitch is okay for the match go ahead.

Probably piss it down with snow on the 5th day then.  He really comes out with some shite.

Going to smash these relegation rivals, and that's what they are, shamefully.

4-0, yes it's 68 games since we scored 4 or more but by fuck we will Saturday.

Early goal please. And preferably a sending off for Reading too

I'd rather we won the game fair and square tbh. We need that confidence.

An early 7 goals and preferably a sending off for Reading in the last minute too.

3 off in the first 10 minutes and a 15-0 win.

Couldn't care less at this point, just win and hope it's won playing well.

I'm trying to work out what would be more 'typical NUFC':

- Absolutely fucking horrible week in which the Colo rumours persist, our main striking target is snatched from us at the death and we look to be gazumped for another transfer deal by West Ham. We therefore manage, against all the odds, to fucking batter Reading at a canter and look like we're really making a proper fist of things.

We limp to a pathetic draw/defeat to Reading to compound our misery and the fans turn on an increasingly scatty Pardew.

Gonna get called off this. A few Clubs will be waiting for the first to break rank and get theirs cancelled and they'll plough in.

The normal rule is to let the away fans set off and be well over half way to the stadium, to call the game off.

Twice in one season, in what must be their furthest trip too. Those Reading fans will livid.
