I'm only watching the sky coverage because I want to see his dull face drop when he signs.

It'll take some to beat Aaron Lennons Everton signing pics..

Ronaldo is definitely the sort of person who wears black to a wedding.

I'd just rather we kept our best players, tbh. If Mike Ashley pocketing £30m gets you hard, fair play.

His overall performance and contribution last season was s****, he vehemently doesn't want to be here, and he's taken a massive strop over not being able to leave which would instantly transfer to the dressing room and onto the pitch. I can't see why anyone would be unhappy about this transfer other than to be pointlessly contrary.

As fans we get nothing out of this, man. If he'd stayed we'd be a better side. It's not tough to figure out.

I'm not gutted. But there's nothing to celebrate here, at all.

That's based on whether Sissoko would want to play and put the effort in at this level... and based upon performances last season in the top flight, and for most of his 3 years here, he didn't put the effort in often enough. He has thought he was better than us, and deserved better for a while now.

So arguably, its a big shout to suggest we'd be better if he stayed.

Your entire point is predicated on the fact that you expect he'd play the way he did at the end of the season or at the Euros (i.e. motivated). But there's absolutely nothing to suggest from his history that he would do that in the Championship on a weekly basis.

I don't get the celebration like. Not like I'm sad but Ye kna. Just another sign we're a relegated club.

Yep. A relegated club who've made a massive profit when we should actually be spending a bit more money to ensure promotion.

Money doesnt ensure a thing.

We spent how much last season and went where?

Tottenham have matched the bid, I'd honestly tell Tottehnam to do one

Wouldn't be at all surprised if Tottenham match the bid, get him there then pull the plug at medical stage to spite us and Everton.
