I won't pretend I don't think he's a good manager, and that many other managers wouldn't have kept the plates spinning at Wigan, they lose all their best players as soon as they settle. All things point to him leaving Athletic at the end of the season, with a divided dressing room. He's a genius manager mind, but man management isn't his forte.
