Ashley17
I just think they'll leave it as long as possible then if/when we finally win a game they'll give it to him until the end of the season - if we happen to somehow do quite well he'll get it for longer. AlanSkÃrare
If Alnwick plays at Chelsea and we have these orcs in charge we could be in for an almighty slap.
Guest ElCid
Antoher fucking column ib the Chronicle with Srnicek saying it will cost 100 million to get a new manager in - there is no doubt these cunts are trying to get Carver the job
Ronaldo
Cameron and Ryder, at best, know as much as us, man. Even a stopped clock is right twice in a day though http://gifrific.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Blackadder-Confused-Look.gif
Skeletor
http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/john-carver-would-mad-not-8380476 Carver, Steve Stone and Peter Beardsley will take charge of the team for this Saturday’s daunting trip to Stamford Bridge and most likely beyond that. Great. http://www.televisedrevolution.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/lovejoy-1440x564_c.jpg 'Won't someone please think of the goal difference?' Stifler
I'd rather we take our time getting a manager in. Our squad alone is capable of producing enough wins on by their own skill in order to keep us safe, I mean look at the wins we got under Pardew. Carver staying for a period of time will tell Ashley that he's not good enough to be our manager. It's probably in our best interests to get at least the Chelsea game out of the way first, and possibly the Southampton game after that.
Mole_Toonfan
Carver makes Pardew look like fucking Mourinho, I'd rather not wait thanks.
Vinny Green Balls
The thought of Carver being at the helm for any length of time is pretty sickening.
Geordie Ahmed
There is absolutely no need to wait and I would rather they appoint someone asap. Obviously it would be better if it was Tuchel instead of Sanchez BUT waiting shouldn't come into it

mrmojorisin75
I'd be interested in that Clement fella like, learned from the best over an extended period of time, could be a great gamble to take.
aussiemag
Some stuff on Remi Garde tactics http://frenchfootballweekly.com/2013/04/28/olympique-lyonnais-the-tactical-debrief/ I like the sound of the intensive pressing! Hate it when we sit off and defend at the edge of our box at home. Its fucking shit.

thomas
nice article. Although I didn't know Steed Malbranque was still around and only 34. I thought he was 34 five years ago but I guess he was really only 29 then.

Guest Roger Kint
Can get Carver at 10/1 for anyone that reckons he'll get it The market is for next PERMINENT manager, you have to think any chance Carver has is for the rest of the season at most wihich wouldnt win owt. Plus by May he will no doubt have done such a shit job he would have been replaced as caretaker already

This sounds too familiar: The wide midfielders often defend deep like this (level with Gonalons) to protect the flanks if the opposition plays with a lot of width. Garde likes to play forwards, Jimmy Briand, Alexandre Lacazette, Lisandro Lopez, in the wide position

AyeDubbleYoo
The Chronicle is saying that Lee Charnley and Chief Scout Graham Carr will make the decision on who should be the new head coach.. Better hope this is right. I would happily write off the rest of the season to get the decision right. Admittedly not a big loss since it's pointless anyway.
