Can you get average position maps of us?

Whoscored.com do them.

Go on the match report tab and head down to Positional Report, there's a pitch graphic. Select player positions and voila.

Perch, Sissoko and Cabaye ontop of each other

I haven't the foggiest what Perch is doing there like. He's either neglected his defensive midfielder role or been told to get forward.

The thing is Pardew's 4-2-3-1 isn't even one

Exactly, it's more of a 1-4-potato.  Whole mess of nothingness Where Tiote is a B2B midfielder, Cabaye's a DM, Sissoko's a #10 and Cisse's offside.

:okay:

If we can somehow repeat our first half performance from the West Brom game (it wasn't that long ago), we might stand a chance.

Agreed.  West Ham are nothing special.

As dire as our situation is, neither West Ham or QPR are very good. We have the players to beat them if they have any professional pride at all.

There are factors, like Nolan and Carroll, that make me very nervous though.

The thing is, West Ham have the fire in their belly that this squad is missing right now. Big Sam will most definitely want a big win against us too so they'll be right up for it, playing out of their skin probably. Our team just looks gutless at the moment, their confidence will be rock bottom now after Saturday. Plus there is always Pardew, who will be clueless if we go a goal down and completely clueless if we go a goal up. Best case scenario is it's 0-0 until very late on and we get a winner with no time left for Pardew to make a mess of it.

HBA will have had another weeks training, he has to start now. Put Gouffran in as well and atleast we'll have some attacking threat to help Cisse.

Colo is key for me even if there's been question marks over him this season, need him in at the back to steady things. And move Sissoko back into a midfield 3 with Cabaye but not as this stupid number 10 role which doesn't work. Tiote is so utterly useless at the moment he shouldn't be playing but we'll need some steel in there, not sure who should play with Cabaye and Sissoko

Honestly. Lump it, fight for your lives. Whatever. 4-3-3 isn't working at all.

Good shout that might be our best bet

I reckon we'll play Jonas left back

And Fat Sam would put Jarvis straight up against him. Be suicidal imo.
