Although there's a good chance Gibbs & perhaps Jones haven't played. I remember hearing that something like only 17 English players have been registered for the CL. I'm not sure but I think a few could get away without being registered (u19 I think) but that's it. Look at the England squad, very few have decent experience of big European clashes.
