#SAFC squad accused of stealing a phone by wedding guests at same hotel last night. Cue scuffles involving Di Canio & the police called #SFC

Not heard anything about this from the magedia. I went on the shortbus to see if the slackjaws were more informed but they were too busy talking about the SJP gates....

Bid for Michael Bradley, apparently. Roma already rejected Everton earlier in the summer. Would be a shit move.

Would be completely wank. Awesome signing for them, terrible for everyone else.

Sunderland have had an offer of approximately €7 million ($9.3 million) for midfielder Michael Bradley knocked back by AS Roma, MLSsoccer.com confirmed on Saturday.

Italian reports orginally suggested that the Giallorossi told the Black Cats they would not accept less than €10 million for the US national team's bald eagle, but a source close to the situation told MLSsoccer.com that the price tag quoted was actually €12 million (just over $16 million).

Sunderland boss Paulo Di Canio has already welcomed 11 new signings at the Stadium of Light during the current transfer window, including US strike star Jozy Altidore. They were the second Premier League club to table a failed bid for Bradley this summer, following Everton.

Meanwhile, Bradley and Roma are set to kick off the new Serie A campaign on Sunday with a trip to newly promoted Livorno.

The craic on that forum is absolutely lifting. Every day, 10+ threads on "Horse punchers", "boycoutt", "Wongadome", "1992ers".

Typical thread: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/why-do-people-support-newcastle.801231/

I hate the bastards, hope they cease to exist

Be careful what you wish for son, if NUFC ceased to exist, you and thousands of others in chickentown would apparently have no reason to live.

they are oozing with the desperation to see us fail and them succeed not fail- to such an extent that they jump the gun on everything with the consequence of falling short every time.
