Remember when Shearer kicked a player in the head when he was defenceless on the ground?

You must be delighted with Cunha. Even asked for and got the number 10 shirt. Undoubtedly a good footballer, but there’s a reason why he had limited options.

Another problem to the collection.

Newcastle wanted him first mate, and Eddie Howe is a great judge of character.

Doesn’t really matter dude. For £62,5m it’s a risk but due to the current chaos your club is in it may be worth it.

Take from today's Popbitch:

A new seat filling service

News has started to leak out of Man United that they’re considering setting up a debenture scheme for season ticket holders.

That means that on top of paying for your seat for the season you have to pay a fee just to be allowed to buy it.

The Telegraph has a good story today on the subject - which indicates this debenture fee would be around £4k.

Club whispers, though, suggest this is the lowest fee that would be levied. It could actually be more like 20-30 times the seat price.

Which means that those in the best seats could be looking at an added reservation fee approaching six figures.

  • 2 weeks later...

In watching them at the summer series I'm surprised they view Benjamin Sesko as any kind of priority.

Their central midfield options are by far the bigger weakness. They might as well stick with Cunha, Diallo, and Mbeumo as a three. Manuel Ugarte looks slower than a week in jail. I will never understand what they saw in him to think he'd be a good signing. He was decidedly average for PSG and looked miles off it in the Champions League at St James' Park. The defence also looks painfully disorganized. It's mad how consistently they look undone by a direct ball.
