Keggy_Keagal
As others have said I'd have Hojlund here for £40 million. I think Howe could work wonders with him . The lads already scored consistently in Europe in both Europa and Champions League and averages about 1 in 3 in the Premier League in a struggling Manchester United side (barring last season when it was all going to shit for him). I think there's a real player there with a bit of tlc.

You would think the league was rigged. “We’re sorry Julie, we’re going to have to let you and the rest of the cleaning staff go. We just can’t afford it, the club is on its arse. Lord Rat says we’ll be out of business come the end of the year if you’re still here” “Ahh Benjamin, how many Ferrari’s do you want. Katie Zelem? No idea who that is mate… soo do you like Rolex’s? Mind the spill, can’t get the staff these days”.
The Fountain
38 minutes ago, Ben said: According to that Athletic article this morning they definitely need to sell this window and qualify for Europe, because of how they have structured the transfers over 3 to 5 years all those deals are catching up with them and they are using a £300 million overdraft with big interest. It looks like the Galzers not taking dividends this year has actually saved them. Great gesture by the Glazers

I do think your opinion of Jim is going to sour very strongly over the next few years, it may be different if the Glazers get out. But if it’s Jim and the Glazers still here in three years time it’s going to be ugly scenes
MileyCyrus
All the talk last season was that man United didn't have the right players for their formation, and they've gone and bought 3 forward players when they already had three strikers (including rashford), Fernandez, Amad and garnacho (and the rest) for those positions. They may have solved their goals issue but i still don't see how that squad suits a 3-4-3 formation

Why they’ve chosen to overload one section of the pitch at the expense of all the others is beyond me

I guess that's sort of the broader issue isn't it? You've spent a billion pounds and the return on that investment in the last ten years has been a few EFL Cups, an FA Cup, and a Europa League. You've not wasted your time, but you're also some ways from a title challenge. Another 300m was added to the pot this year and we're still debating whether a CM or GK is the bigger priority. Your rivals have got way more back for less. Sesko is probably the last generation of player to have conscious memories of the Ferguson era.
Stifler
5 hours ago, Froggy said: Still more success than most though. That's the point isn't it? How long do you think that is sustainable for Man Utd? Whilst you win cup competitions your neighbours with Man City and Liverpool are winning Premier League and Champions League titles. The next generation of foreign fans are not becoming Man Utd fans, so your global appeal is weakening and will continue to do so in future. You have massive overheads, and prize money for the competitions that you have won is not enough to cover them. Liverpool just had a 700% increase on their record shirt launch day since their new deal with Adidas has been signed. Man City have signed a record shirt sponsorship deal Puma. Keep going the way you are going, and the PSR that you thought would protect you may very well come round and drop kick you right in the balls. gbandit
I like Mbeumo, think he’s a class act. Don’t blame him for going to Man U and think he’ll be decent but I do think he’ll burn out fairly quickly. Cunha and Sesko I think are far less likely to be a success. They’ve both got huge egos and Man U traditionally manage to fail harder than any other club with big egos. If Amorim can’t get things working before Christmas and they bin him, it’s going to proper circus show time there

David Edgar
I posted it ironically. He has to give it his equivalent of the afterburner whilst the defender saunters to the ball.

Despite having the spend he’s been crying for if he doesn’t get off to a flying start then the knives will come out as they were starting to at the back end of last year.
