Ameritoon
I'm surprised to see Raúl agreeing to play in the NASL, tbf, they must be paying him a pretty penny. There's word he'll have some role in their youth development, too, maybe he's looking for managerial experience. They do have a lot of money, so I'm sure they are. Plus gets to live in New York/has a job when he retires.

Deuce
What happened to Diarra? So highly rated at one point. Just a couple of bad moves chasing the money? Ketsbaia
Silly decision, really. I read a report saying that his dad wanted to do the sensible thing and build his career upwards, step by step.

Farewell, Ødegaard. We barely knew you. We've got a lad there too, came up through the youth ranks though and was actually born in Spain so a bit different. Apparently doing very well though. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/who-jack-harper-you-need-4280337

Village Idiot
Martin Ødegaard offered a five year deal with Real Madrid with a clause he'll not have to play for Castilla, but belong to the first team squad. That makes no sense; he has no chance of getting games for the first team right now.
Village Idiot
By the way, I'm gonna leave this here so we can revisit it at the end of the season: I'm sure Messi will leave if we don't win anything that season.
LRD
Martin Ødegaard offered a five year deal with Real Madrid with a clause he'll not have to play for Castilla, but belong to the first team squad. Counter-productive. Must be crazy to think he can get a game with that clause.
