No different to the totally bent goings on at Zenit, Valencia, Man Utd, Chelsea, PSG etc. Just that the numbers have doubled because Chinese owners are dafter. You can see the President's thinking; encourage the corporations to pump money into getting blockbuster signings in order to drive up the exposure and increase attendances - meanwhile strictly retaining the encouragement of their own players. He's not that good man, if he was some decent team would have snapped him up years ago. He's another in the long line of overrated players who play in Russia who build a reputation based on international tournaments but actually isn't very good.
