Over the last few years we have seen it where we are supposed to play in these friendly tournaments only for them to get cancelled.

I booked up for Utrecht and it was cancelled. Still went mind.

Utrecht 0-0 Catania will live long in the memory.

 Couldn't give the slightest f*** about that like.

As harsh as it sounds. The same. Even less with the World Cup. Happy as fuck that the World Cup is this summer so you don't have to bother with any silly season shit.

Thursday night ferry to Amsterdam - be no more than £80 return PP

Friday dinner time train to Gelsenkirchen - £48 return PP (takes 4 hours)

Monday morning train back to Amsterdam

Monday tea time ferry back to Newcastle

I'm certainly tempted! Nice week off work getting pissed, new place to visit, beautiful stadium and 4 football matches to watch.

Wish Newcastle could come back to the USA. That day against Orlando City was wonderful. I famously predicted to Cuba that we would finish 6th or 7th and not a fucking soul believed me - we finished 5th.

So we were right not to believe you, we didn't finish 6th or 7th.  :troll:

Not easier just paying £20 more and flying to Amsterdam saving on the ferry and possible delays?

Edit: Also is that not the bus price/times? Site i looked at said no train prices are up til 90 days rpior and that buses took 4 hours.
