If we are looking to maximise the sponsorship revenue, whilst the PL/other clubs try to limit to how much we can earn for shirt sponsorship, why not do what Spurs have done and have a separate training kit sponsor?

Aramco on the Team kits, Saudi Golf on the Training Kit, or a similar mix of sponsors?

Pretty sure Staveley has said in an interview (maybe The Athletic one from a couple months back) that new sponsorships would likely not be tied to Saudi. This (potentially like the transfer budget) may have been to throw people off the scent, but I honestly wouldn't be shocked if it were some random outside company.

Nothing stopping us doing exactly that, and it can't be blocked by these "fair market value" rules because other clubs already do it. Obviously the value of the deals will be scrutinised but there's no doubt our sponsorship revenue will increase a fair amount. That's the easiest route to being able to unlock more spending power in the transfer market.

Personally reckon we should try for nissan if only to see mass resignations from the plant over in Washington in protest.

Most of the people who work in Nissan are not from Sunderland, people across the whole region work there.

Probably OCD but why is the castore logo higher than the badge and not centered properly?

Been the same on all the leaks so imagine it’s been done on purpose to draw attention to manufacturer

Isn’t it an optical illusion? The top of the NUFC crest looks to line up with the top of the Castore wings.

Is the green/white confirmed as the away kit? Some reports had it as being the third strip.

Nothing at all has been ‘confirmed’ yet.
