SUPERTOON
What's actually considered his best position? If it's behind the striker he won't get a look in considering they already have Coutinho and Firmino. CM they have Henderson and that new lad they have just signed. Can't see him getting a game. joeyt
Yeah don't think he'd get into Liverpool or Spurs first XI
Robster
Whatever it is it's a massive waste of money for Liverpool though doesn't fit there team and they don't need him. No way does he improve them especially for that sort of money. Madness If I was a Liverpool fan, I'd have faith that Klopp knows exactly what he's doing and how Wijnaldum would fit into the side. Ritchie
Can't see where he'll fit into their team. They already have much better players in his position.
Disco
Hopefully he scores past us, mocks the fans and then says he loved us all along so he's not hated anymore.
Mick
11 goals in his first season, he must be worth £25 million with the money washing around now.
Pilko
£15m and Ojo would be canny. He'll be a player in a few years that lad.

Leazes_End_Mag
Don't think its likely as Klopp seems to rate him judging by recent comments and he's only recently signed but if their was any chance of getting Ings as part of the deal then we should certainly try. toontownman
Getting Ings as part of the deal would be a very good idea. Even if it's on loan would expect they would want 10-15 for him tbh.
Scotty66
We value Gini at £27m. Seems Liverpool hoping to get him nearer £20m. Pretty ****** considering how the market is.
Mole_Toonfan
Struggling to understand the seemingly new fascination with getting squad players so we accept less money if i'm honest. Just get as much money as humanly possible and to hell with their cast offs. Then let Rafa reinvest how he see's fit, don't remember talk like this when Carroll or Cabaye were being sold and it's a bit baffling to me.
TRon
Anything under £18m and I'll be disappointed. Anything over £3m and I'll be even more disappointed #HTT
Interpolic
Didn't we spend around £15m on him a year ago? We'll be wanting a decent profit with the market going crazy and him scoring a few goals last season.
lovejoy
He'll go, but fancy us to get £25m or so.

We are looking for a striker and rumor is Ings is available. He is hard working, pacey, very rafa type player, obliterated the championship before and is also far better than the majority if players linked. Either way rafa will get what he wants. People on a message board fantasizing about players they think will improve the team won't change that. Lighten up. Talk of player exchanges had been going since this forum existed and before, granted they never happen. All this being said I agree there is an argument with buying squad players over players better than what we have. That's where we are at with our cbs. Either way if they are good enough for rafa they are good enough for me.

STM
Fuck swap deals, let's spend the money on actual targets. Swap deals rarely happen anyway. 25m is good money and should cover any transfers we want to make between now and September. Possibly in January too. Suspect Wijnaldum will do well at Liverpool. Guest chopey
You would think in this day an age swap deals would be a lot more common, I wonder if agent fees are lower in a swap ?
Cronky
I think he'll do much better in a good side where he can play down the centre.

St1pe
He's obviously a talented player and there were many other factors why we were relegated but I'll be pleased when him and Sissoko leave, watching two of our best players put in so little effort is not something I can easily forget. Hopefully we get serious money for both and we build a stronger side with it.
Foluwashola
£20m+ and we've done well tbh. About £5m per decent game.
