shintonsghost
This is it IMO. Gone this year. Can't see them making up effectively 7pts AND finishing above 3 teams to stay up. They've had some miraculous escapes but can't get away with it every year. where they have hit lucky is that the likes of Kirchoff and Anichebe will be back for April, it will give them a chance as they have only 1 game between now and April, thats why together with the spawny way of getting out of it im backing them at 6/1 , a bet im praying i lose. Jericho
They were 7 points from safety with 6 games to go in 2013-14 season and they survived. It is not over.
Guest
There's teams around them in good form this time though. This is normally the time they get results themselves but I can't see them catching teams like Palace, Leicester & Swansea.
Scoreboard82
They're simply worse than the teams above them, although Boro are doing their best to match them just now.
Dokko
They might go on a run and catch Hull & Boro but they've very little chance of catching Palace and next to none of catching those teams on 27. Really for me Slughead either relegates them or saves them two years running.
Disco
They'll be targeting points in their next 3 games like. Problem is, as soon as they stop defending deep and compact they're fucked. Next match is a great chance for them as Burnley are also shite away.
Andy84
They have absolutely nothing about them bar Defoe, he was unlucky not to score today.
Tiotes Witch Doctor
They got 16 points from their last 11 last season, so its still possible, but they also had 4 points more by this stage, no new manager to change things up though and isn't likely to be either. Robster
Plus, they don't have a turgid NUFC to draw inspiration from.
midds
I think they'll pick up a few wins and make a decent fist of staying up but they're trying to catch teams too far ahead of them and who are likely to continue picking up points to maintain the gap. They're not down yet but it will take a miraculous turnaround in form to get themselves out if it this year.
mighty__mag
They will go down, i think Palace & Boro could join them?
Guest ElCid
These go down they're in major s*** with their debts and with a major cull being required to get wages off the books and very little money to buy the required quality to get back up. There will be no swift return any time soon. What a shame
Pilko
I think Boro will edge past them 1-0 next week, and that'll be the first nail in a coffin that's overdue more than Bruce Forsyth's.
Dokko
they looked up for it till they went behind. where they are being fucked is that some rivals are hitting form now, they are 3 games from safety with 11 to play if you think they will still get out of it.......6/1 skybet and bet365, it would soften the blow 22/1 for palace, boro & hull to go down. If they replace anyone it's palace.

Hasn't their game been postponed due to Boro still being in the FA cup?

Nobody
Mental that they only have 19 points from 27 games but it's really only this week that a gap has opened up.

Mattoon
Fleetwood going well in Division 1. Just saying. Division 3 surely? North. Am I missing something with the Fleetwood thing?
Stifler
Fleetwood going well in Division 1. Just saying. Division 3 surely? North. Am I missing something with the Fleetwood thing? Sunderland and others laughed that we played against Burton who were a few years ago a non-league team. Fleetwood a few years ago were a non-league team like Burton and are in a promotion place in League 1, meaning as things stand Sunderland would play Fleetwood next season.
