Fulham rejecting £18 million for Tom Cairney man ... what world is this we are living in?! [emoji38]

He's worth way more than that.

Really? How much is way more?

£25m at least in the current market imo. £18m and below would be about right if he wasn't English.

You must have missed the last ten years worth of TV deals. Just like our c*** owner.

Damn

Please don't align me with MA man. Even I don't deserve that

I do think £18 miliion for a championship midfielder that has never played at the top level is a fair offer. I mean people on here were talking about accepting £12 million for Shelvey a few days ago!

If someone bid £18 million for Shelvey I'm willing to bet a lot of people on here would want us to accept that. It's all very confusing man.

We really are a shit club that employs a bunch of losers. They fuck up everything. Surely they realise as the window creeps on they may have to pay more than a player is worth to get someone in.

They are just fucking idiots. If we survive it's down to sheer luck and then what, more of the same shit.

The plan is whatever causes the fans most pain. Thats Ashley's MO. He hates us and wants us to fail.

He couldn't give a shit about the fans, this line of thinking is born of self-importance. He wants to run a low-quality, bargain bin football club which aims to scrape by- as that's the only way he's ever done business. He thought it would be a laugh- it wasn't- and now he's trying to minimise the risk of him needing to put any more cash into the business.

Slimani or Iheanacho? Who would people prefer out of interest?

I think I'd rather see us bring in Iheanacho, but would be happy with Slimani also.

Incredible both those could still be available and we haven't been all over them. But you could say the same for Sturridge as well I suppose. Pretty obvious we don't really want to be doing these deals.

Would that make him the most expensive ever player from the championship?

Depends on if you count teams that have just been relegated. Him and Sessegnon are the hot property though, and Chris Wood just went for £15m.
