triggs
23 goals and 9 assists for Derby in 1 and a half seasons suggests Ince isn't 's****' though (your words). He scored 31 goals for Blackpool at this level too. So 53 goals for a 24 year old winger is s****? We all know Wijnaldum isn't s**** his heart just isn't in it what's his deal though? he's been bouncing around clubs for past 3-5 years, no? He's shite
joeyt
He was pretty much a one man team for Blackpool and that lead to him joining newly promoted Hull. Bruce didn't fancy him so he's been at Derby for the last 18 months and scored loads of goals (sounds familiar) Plays best in Ritchie's position and would probably quite a bit of money as Derby aren't hard up and Pearson will probably demand he stays. Be very surprised if he signed

You're wrong about Bruce too. Don't like the bloke obviously but he was fuming that Ince was sold.
Deuce
23 goals in 1 and a half season for a winger is flattering to deceive? Wijnaldum scored 11 from midfield last year and people say the same about him. Wijnaldum is a very good player though, despite what many here would have you believe. Leazes_End_Mag
I dont think there's anything to the Sakho rumour. If we somehow were able to sign him then I can only imagine that it would be the end of Mitro's time here and im not sure Rafa would want that, nor would I. toontownman
Ince scores and provides assists in this league. Depending on his price tag he would be a no brainer for me. Better option than Sinclair who had done nothing since Swansea.

Scottish Mag
Can't see any mention of Ince being linked anywhere. It was in the Chronicle this morning "A whole host of names have been mentioned, some seriously and others merely in passing, including Chelsea forward Patrick Bamford and even Aston Villa winger Scott Sinclair. Anderlecht’s 22-year-old Ghanaian winger Frank Acheampong has been on Newcastle’s radar for a long while, as was 24-year-old Czech international Ladislav Krejci before his move to Bologna. Derby County’s Tom Ince is also a player United have long admired."

Mole_Toonfan
Reading that it looks like to me he's just randomly listing any name from the past because he doesn't have a clue.
Wallace
Past names are irrelevant now Rafa is here. Pre-Rafa, such lists would have been relevant because we always went back to previous targets.
joeyt
Norwich want to hijack Newcastle's attempts to sign Blackburn defender Grant Hanley, according to the Daily Mail. The paper reports that Newcastle have offered £5.5million to sign the defender, which has been equalled by Norwich. Blackburn, however, want £8m for their captain. STM
8 is too much. That said, I don't want Norwich to have him. They are our main rivals imo.
Kanji
Paying that much means you'd be pushing one of Mbemba or Lascelles to the bench I'd feel like. Honestly think sky's the limit for Lascelles under Rafa. Turn him into a beast like Kompany in his prime.
andydunc
Havent seen much of Hanley but have a lot of Scottish mates and all seem to summarise him as big, slow and not worth the money we are supposed to be bidding for him. Surely there must be better value elsewhere .....??
